- Grate fresh beet or use boiled beets
- 1 whole grapefruit, peeled – it’s better if inside skins are peeled!
- 1 ripe avocado
- Finely chopped onion to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice from ½ grapefruit or lemon
Slice avocado thinly and delicately peel the grapefruit sections. Toss ingredients with Olive oil and Grapefruit juice.
