Braised Cabbage

INGREDIENTS:

  • Large wedge of cabbage
  • Carrots
  • White onion
  • Grapeseed oil or Ghee
  • Maldon sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Drizzle cabbage, carrots and onions with grapeseed oil or ghee
  • Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt
  • Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, or until largest pieces fork tender
